Percy the Pomeranian is Buck&#8217;s brother&#8217;s dog, a rescue pooch adopted from an animal shelter. Percy had been found matted and miserable, wandering a back alley in Austin, Texas (despite it being a liberal city and Percy presumably a conservative dog). But thanks to TLC and the right family, just look at Percy now!
