Tomi Lahren: I’m Proud Biden Tried to Shut Me Up

BUCK: Our friend Tomi Lahren joins us now. Her show, Tomi Lahren Is Fearless. She’s on the Outkick network and she is a Fox News contributor as well. Tomi, always great to have you on.

LAHREN: Great to talk to you.

BUCK: I see that the White House, you were in the White House crosshairs a little bit, Tomi. First of all, what’s that like? That’s got to be a little bit of a bug out situation. And what do you think about what we’ve learned?

LAHREN: Well, hey, listen, am I shocked? No, absolutely not. I think all of us that were vocal about covid policies, whether it was lockdowns or masks or vaccines or vaccine mandates, any event, all of us that were vocal about it, we knew we were being censored. We knew we were being shadow banned on Facebook and Instagram, YouTube, Google. We still are. So, I’m not surprised at all. But it’s always nice to see that acknowledgment, that validation that they were in fact targeting me and of course, Tucker Carlson, very worried about what we were saying back in April of 2021. So, I can only imagine we continue to be a thorn in their side.

CLAY: Tomi, thanks for coming on. And by the way, Tomi Show is killing it. Tomi Lahren Is Fearless. You can watch it on her Twitter account @TomiLahren if you’re not following her already. How much validation and vindication do you feel over your decision not to get the covid shot? Because you and I both didn’t get the covid shot, and there were a lot of people coming after us in April and May and June of 2021. You know what? I don’t hear anybody coming after us now as we roll into 2023. When you see it now, it’s not only that they tried to censor you, right? It’s that they tried to censor your opinion. And you were right. Nobody in their twenties or thirties should have ever gotten this shot, and certainly nobody younger than their twenties.

LAHREN: Yeah, well, again, every day I thank my lucky stars that I didn’t get the vaccine. It never really crossed my mind to get the covid vaccine. I’ll be honest. I know you and I were kind of in the same boat with that. And so every day I’m happy that I didn’t do it. But I will say this. What worries me most about this email from Biden’s digital director to Facebook was what they wanted to censor, at least of mine — that they wanted reduced is the terminology they use — was me saying that I wouldn’t personally get the vaccine. That’s what they were so concerned about, not me saying, “Hey, it’s dangerous”, me saying it doesn’t work, me saying you might want to think twice about getting it. Here are the side effects. They were just concerned that I was telling my combined 9 million followers that I wasn’t going to get it. So, that’s the extent and the level that they went to try to protect this covid vaccine narrative. That should terrify all Americans.

BUCK: Tomi, you think and we’re speaking to Tomi Lahren of Tomi Lahren Is Fearless on the Outkick network. Tomi, any consequences, do you think, at all? I mean, Clay brought up that these people should be fired. And then he looked at me and we agreed none of them will be fired, of course. No one in this White House because they were doing Biden’s bidding and I think that comes across very clearly in the emails. But, do you think that there’s anything that comes from this or do we just have to keep making the case about how if you have a First Amendment and the regime in power keeps violating it, do you really have a First Amendment anymore?

LAHREN: Well, certain folks do not have a First Amendment, but I think, and Clay, you tweeted this the other day, which I think is important, we know now because of the Twitter Files and Elon Musk, that things are getting shaken up over at Twitter and we’re getting a lot more transparency there and certainly a lot more information is flying loosely on Twitter now. But Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, they have not copped to what Elon Musk has copped to with Twitter. So, that’s what’s concerning because this was not Twitter files that we got. This was emails that were exposed because of that lawsuit filed by a coalition of states’ attorney generals about the Biden administration colluding with Big Tech. So, what I want to see is — Clay, you hinted at this the other day — I want to see oversight by this new House majority. If we can do anything, it’s oversight. And we need to be having these hearings not early in the morning. We’re in the middle of the day. We need primetime hearings where these executives are called to the carpet and we need to know why they were censoring material. And in the case of Facebook and Instagram and YouTube, why they continue to do that very thing.

CLAY: Yeah. And you know what? We’ve got a lot of people who work on those committees and also are the congresspeople who will be on those committees. Tomi, I think you should testify because I think, one, you’d be a good witness, but two, they can legitimately now point to these emails and show that they were engaging in unconstitutional behavior because, again, I think this is important. You made a personal health decision. You, at the time were a single woman. I think you want to have kids. There are a lot of single women out there that were saying, “Hey, I’m healthy. I’m not worried about covid, but I am worried about what this could potentially do to my ability to have kids.”

And remember, this is important too, I think. Initially, Tomi, I’m sure you remember when some people got the covid shot, they said, “Oh, this is influencing my menstrual cycle.” And everybody out there, the Dr. Faucis of the world said, “Oh, there’s no way this is happening.” And then what did they say a few months later? “Oh, wait, this is actually happening.” I think we’re just starting to learn many of the impacts on otherwise young and healthy people from these covid shots potentially up to and including what might be happening to young athletes, whether it’s to Damar Hamlin or others.

LAHREN: Yeah. And again, it never even crossed my mind to get the vaccine. I’ve always preferred the old things like diet and exercise, which I always think is funny because there are people that will get five vaccines and wear two masks, but they would never hit the elliptical a day in their life. So that’s an interesting point in and of itself. But yeah, the vaccine side effects are mounting and I think we’re going to get transparency. But what I wonder is, it’s too little too late for a lot of people that either got it because they were told it was safe and effective or they were coerced to get it because they wanted to keep their job.

That’s what’s concerning. And so, going back to this email, I actually wear it like a badge of honor that the Biden administration wanted to shut me up, that they thought that me saying I wasn’t going to get the vaccine was so influential and so dangerous to their narrative. I take pride in that because if my voice and me saying what I said, maybe cause a couple of people out there to maybe question it or maybe think twice about getting a few jabs. I’m proud of that. Maybe somebody won’t have heart issues or sudden death thanks to my Instagram and my Facebook. So, I’m proud of myself for that.

BUCK: Tomi, before we let you go, as you know, Biden found his way to the border. I mean, he does have quite a taxpayer-funded ferry service to get him there. You know, it’s not that hard for him, but he did manage to get to the U.S.-Mexico border. He laid out in a speech last week what he plans to do about it. What do you think is going to happen now that Biden’s actually pretending to care what’s happening at the border?

LAHREN: Absolutely nothing. If anything, we’re just going to have more of a fast track for illegals to get into this country. I mean, it’s 5 million-plus so far. This is not an accident. This is by design. So, him stumbling down there for his little photo op, honestly, he should have just met with the cartels, who he’s funding, and that would have been a much more worthwhile use of his time and it would have read much more genuine. But this trip was just so that they could say that he went. It’s nothing more, nothing less. Nothing is going to change. We need, again, oversight by the House. They’re going to need to do something to get operational control of this border. But beyond that, I think we know this administration is going to do nothing.

BUCK: Now, wait one more for you real quick, Tomi. I know I said last one. British royal family. Fascinating drama. Total waste of time. You don’t care.

LAHREN: I think it’s a total waste of time just because, you know, I watch Bravo. I love reality television. But when it comes to the royals, I think we won a pretty big war so that I wouldn’t have to care what they’re doing. But, boy, the hole that they are digging themselves is just getting deeper and deeper with this Prince Harry-Meghan Markle thing every day. So, if you enjoy that kind of thing, I’m sure it’s fun for some people. I’m just going to stick to my Housewives because they’re probably more entertaining.

CLAY: Yeah, I do enjoy it, Tomi. What do you think about Prince Harry essentially giving up all of his masculinity, it seems, to decide that he was going to marry Meghan Markle? Where does this rank on just the all-time bad relationship decisions. I saw our friend Miranda Devine share this statistic. Not that public opinion should dictate all of your decisions, but Prince Harry has gone from 81% British approval in 2017 to 26% approval right now. That’s even lower than Joe Biden. What do you think about this relationship?

LAHREN: Well, how is the bank account doing? Because I think that that’s what this is all for. I mean, they have to keep their names in the headlines, but he doesn’t care if he sells out his entire family to do it. They’ve made a lot of money from Netflix and from other exclusive interviews that they’ve done. At this point, I think this is a money-making scheme. I think he could care less about being part of the royal family or being part of that. I think it’s much more lucrative to be a glorified reality star, and I think they both know that. It’s an arrangement to me, is what it seems like.
